Beckons is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team at Avalon Beach, playing a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.
In this role, you will manage reservation enquiries across our collection of luxury lodges, guiding guests through the booking process with warmth, accuracy and attention to detail. You will work closely with lodge teams to ensure every booking reflects the high standards our guests expect from Beckons.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming reservation enquiries via phone and email
- Processing bookings accurately across our reservation systems
- Providing guests with detailed information on lodge offerings and experiences
- Liaising with lodge teams to coordinate guest requirements
- Upselling additional experiences and services where relevant
- Maintaining accurate guest records and booking data
- Resolving guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting the wider reservations team with administrative tasks as needed
About You
You are a passionate and experienced Reservations Agent who thrives on delivering outstanding guest experiences from the first interaction.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar Reservations role, or as a Travel Agent
- RMS knowledge, or experience with a similar Property Management System, highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
