About the Role
As a Campus Educator, you will deliver engaging and practical fitness education to students completing Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness qualifications.
This role involves face-to-face classroom delivery, practical gym-based learning, student support, assessment, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging face-to-face classes, workshops, and practical training sessions
- Train, assess, and support students in both classroom and practical learning environments
- Deliver Certificate III and IV in Fitness programs
- Demonstrate and supervise practical assessments within a commercial gym environment
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing student support
- Maintain a professional, safe, and positive learning workplace
- Deliver First Aid and CPR training where required
- Encourage student engagement, motivation, and career development

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher)
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years’ current experience working in the fitness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
Highly Regarded
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Diploma of Sport, Coaching or related field
- Experience in sports coaching
- Previous training, presenting, or teaching experience
Teacher Pathways Program
Applications are also welcome from experienced Personal Trainers who are looking to transition into a career in education.
- Mentoring and support from experienced educators
- Training in classroom delivery and presentation skills
- Support to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Fitness qualification upgrades where required
