The Machinery

To be successful, you must have proven, verifiable experience operating at least three of the following:

- Scrapers: Caterpillar 637G & 623E (Dual-engine and elevating experience is essential)

- Track Dozer: Caterpillar D9 (Bulk pushing,



batter work, and waste cell maintenance)

- Landfill Compactor: Caterpillar 836 / 838 series (The big boys-managing cell compaction and daily cover)

What You Need to Bring

- Tickets & Experience: Valid RIIMPO tickets (or verified VOCs) with extensive production hours on the machinery listed above.

- Waste Industry Know-How: Prior experience working in landfills, waste management facilities, or major resource recovery centers is highly regarded.

- Safety First Attitude: Waste environments move fast. You must have a sharp eye for ground crew, spotters, and changing site conditions.

- Reliability: A solid work ethic, a clean drug & alcohol screen, and a current driver's license.
