About The Role

Based in Virginia QLD, you will perform a variety of procurement and sales administrative tasks as part of a well-established, passionate and entrepreneurial Local Procurement Team that support 8 branches across Australia and New Zealand. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in strengthening the critical link between internal stakeholders, local supplier partners and our diverse customer base.

Key accountabilities:

- Assist with local product enquiries and coordinate special customer and sales requests
- Onboard new suppliers while maintaining solid relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support supplier performance and partnerships
- Support product selection by aligning enquiry briefs with local and imported product options




- Maintain supplier records and SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate supplier requests, including tracking, follow-ups, and sample/testing processes
- Assist with stock allocation, forecasting, and production schedule coordination with suppliers
- Support procurement processes, including QIRs and supplier qualification documentation

About You

To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy - SAP or equivalent, although not essential, would be advantageous
- A collaborative approach and a team contributor
- Maturity and a proactive nature
- High attention to detail and accuracy
