We currently have an opportunity for a People Partner to join our People and Culture team.

Key responsibilities as People Partner…
The People Partner works closely with Managers and Team Leaders to offer strategic guidance, resolve complex IR issues and influence people decisions with data and market trends, while implementing innovative yet practical solutions.

The role supports leaders across the employee lifecycle, providing expert advice on people management, industrial relations, employee relations and workforce planning. It works closely with managers to guide performance and workplace matters, and ensure HR policies, practices and reporting align with organisational goals and compliance requirements. The role also contributes to workforce culture, onboarding, retention initiatives and broader HR projects and programs.

What we offer...

- Temporary full-time, 35 hours per week commencing from mid-August for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension
- Commencing annual salary from $94,303.04 to $103,969.32
(salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Access to flex leave allowing up to two days off each month

What you'll need to be successful in the role...

You will be a well-rounded HR professional with at least three years’ experience working in a generalist HR position,



backed by strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, policy development and HR best practice.

You will be confident with coaching and influencing managers, designing and delivering learning initiatives and communicating complex information clearly to a range of audiences.

You will have robust digital capability, sound business acumen, excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology or a related discipline is essential for this position.
