ARG Workforce is partnering with a respected manufacturing business that produces specialised components for major infrastructure and construction projects throughout Australia. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to become part of their growing team. This position offers a practical, hands-on environment within a modern production facility, with ongoing work and opportunities to expand your skills across a variety of equipment.
Duties Include
- Operating manufacturing equipment including roll formers, presses, guillotines and laser cutting machines
- Loading and moving materials with a forklift
- Using hand and power tools such as grinders, drills and measuring equipment
- Assisting with general production tasks as required
- Following workplace safety procedures and maintaining a tidy work area

About You
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Experience handling coils and large materials is highly regarded
- Robust focus on quality, accuracy and workplace safety
- Dependable, hardworking and able to work well within a team

- Full time day shift hours with an early finish every Friday, Mon to Thurs: 6am - 2:30pm, Fri: 6am - 12:00pm
