Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Residential / Commercial Building Certifier, located in Gold Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing building plans and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Daily tasks include conducting site inspections, issuing building permits, providing technical advice to clients,



and maintaining accurate records of approvals and certifications. The role requires effective communication with homeowners, builders, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent service and ensure projects progress smoothly and on time.

Qualifications

- Hold a current QBCC licence/registration as a Building Certifier. Level 3, Level 2 or Level 1 certifiers are all acceptable
- Technical knowledge in Residential approvals and understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction to deliver value-driven solutions and build qualified relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
- Previous experience in building certification, approvals, or a closely related role is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for documentation and compliance purposes
