This is a full-time Call Centre Sales role based in Arndell Park, NSW. As a WHEELPROS Call Centre Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for the leading provider of automotive wheels and tyres in Australia.
What you'll be doing
- Processing Emailed orders from V.I.P customers
- Handling inbound sales calls from customers and prospects
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the best products and services to meet those needs
- Processing orders and providing customers with order status updates
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a qualified and timely manner
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or call centre role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred but not essential
