About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Installation of 3M solar, decorative and security window films
- Residential and commercial flat glass tinting
- Removal and replacement of existing window films




- Site preparation and protection of client property
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and presentation
- Completing jobs efficiently while ensuring quality outcomes
- Communicating professionally with customers on-site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience installing flat glass window film
- Experience in residential and commercial applications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Skilled presentation and customer service skills
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work safely at heights when required
- Reliable, punctual and motivated
