MMG Auto in Brisbane's south-side is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join its busy Service Department. You will deliver a positive customer experience face-to-face and over the phone, explain services clearly, and build knowledge of products and warranty/recall processes.
Work as part of a team to meet KPIs, manage customer details and follow up, and respond to the Service Manager with a proactive, customer-centric approach in a high-volume workshop setting.
