We are seeking trades people to join our team at Stairmaster, to install predominantly timber staircases, with some aluminium, steel, and glass components. Previous stair installation experience preferred but not required. We can provide full training to appropriate candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble staircase components using appropriate joinery techniques
- Fit and install balustrades, handrails and other safety components in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure finished products meet required standards
- Adhere to health and safety requirements and best practices in all work activities

Skills Required

- Carpentry or joinery trade qualification
- High attention to detail and finishing quality
- Ability to interpret job sheets and construction plans
- Confidence using power tools and site equipment
- Solid understanding of safety practices on construction sites
