Cynosure Architecture is a boutique architectural studio specialising in high-performance, design-led residential architecture.

We're a young practice, but we're growing quickly, with an exciting pipeline of bespoke homes in the works across Perth and the South West, including Certified Passive House projects, coastal residences, major renovations and rural estates.

As a result, we're looking for a Registered Architect, or an experienced Graduate Architect approaching registration, to join our growing team.

Initially, this role will be three days per week , with the prospect to increase hours over time as the practice continues to grow, should that suit both parties.

About the Role

You'll work directly alongside our Director, taking ownership of projects from Design Development through to Construction.

This role is based from our Perth studio. While flexible working arrangements are available, regular collaboration with the team and clients remains an important part of the role. Many of our projects are located throughout Perth and the South West, so occasional travel for client meetings, site inspections and consultant coordination should be expected.

The role will include

- Managing projects from Design Development through to Construction.
- Consultant coordination.
- Client communication and meetings.
- Leading documentation in Revit.
- Technical detailing and problem solving.
- Site inspections and construction support.
- Working alongside and collaborating with our graduate architect.

We're looking for someone who's keen to influence projects; not just document someone else's design.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:





- Registration as an Architect in Western Australia (or eligibility for registration).
- Strong Revit experience.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and builders.
- A passion for residential architecture and thoughtful detailing.

Experience with Passive House isn't essential, but an interest in high-performance buildings would be highly regarded.
