As a Packaging Line Technician, you will be responsible for operating our packaging lines, ensuring production targets are achieved. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical problem solving skills and the ability to minimise downtime through effective troubleshooting.

This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) based in Belrose from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate and monitor automated counting, bottling, capping, labelling and packaging equipment
- Perform line changeovers, machine adjustments and product changeovers to maximise production efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues to minimise production downtime
- Escalate complex equipment faults to the maintenance team and assist with repairs where required
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Ensure packaging lines consistently meet production schedules and output targets
- Complete in-process quality checks in accordance with GMP requirements and SOPs
- Accurately complete production documentation and batch records
- Coordinate line activities and support packers to ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety




- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Experience operating automated packaging or manufacturing equipment in a GMP or FMCG environment
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience performing machine setup, adjustments and changeovers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills for production records and reporting
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is an advantage
