First Year Electrical Apprentice – Solar & Battery Installer

Location: Tuggerah, NSW

HC Power is looking for a motivated first-year electrical apprentice to join our growing team. We specialise in residential solar, battery storage and EV charger installations across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney.

This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced electricians while working with some of the latest renewable energy technology.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the installation of solar panel systems.
- Helping install home battery storage systems.
- Assisting with EV charger installations.
- Learning electrical wiring and testing procedures.
- Carrying tools and materials, preparing work areas and keeping sites tidy.
- Working safely on roofs and around electrical equipment.
- Learning industry best practices from experienced tradespeople.

What we're looking for

- Currently completing or looking to start a first-year electrical apprenticeship.




- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and able to work well in a team.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Current driver's licence (or working towards one) is preferred.
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
