What You'll Be Doing

As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading both the guest experience and operational performance. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure every service reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing front of house team.
- Creating exceptional guest experiences that build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy premium venue.
- Driving financial performance through labour management, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
- Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and leadership team to deliver seamless service.
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing future hospitality leaders.
- Maintaining compliance across workplace health and safety, liquor licensing and company standards.
- Identifying opportunities to continually improve service, culture and operational efficiency.

About You

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in premium dining environments.

You'll ideally have:





- Significant experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within premium restaurants.
- A background in award-winning restaurants, hatted venues or Michelin-star (or equivalent) dining environments.
- You're a genuinely hands-on leader who leads from the floor, thrives in service, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. This is a leadership role for someone who loves being present with their team and guests, not managing from the sidelines.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing P&L; performance, labour costs and operational budgets.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A hands-on leadership style and a commitment to leading by example every service.
