Mechanical Fitter - Leading Hand

We’re currently recruiting for a Fitter to join a busy workshop operation based in Brisbane’s southside.

The Role:

- Servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding
- Working with a variety of heavy vehicle trailer systems
- Supporting apprentices
- Maintaining safety and quality standards
- Completing service paperwork and job documentation





What We’re Looking For:

- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic ability
- Experience working on heavy vehicles & heavy trailer systems
- Previous Leadership experience required
- Hands‑on attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable and safety focused

This role offers strong long‑term potential within a growing workshop operation and would suit someone looking to step into a leadership role while still remaining technically involved on the tools.
