About the Role

Based at our Penrith HQ and reporting to the Marketing Manager, this full time role is your opportunity to coordinate the day-to-day running of our marketing function. You will help bring the PSC Energy brand to life across our channels, from content and campaigns to events and reporting, keeping everything organised, on-brand, and on time.





You will work alongside experienced marketers who will support your development across brand, digital, and campaign delivery. This is a great role for someone eager to take ownership, use their initiative, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

- Keeping our CRM data accurate and up to date across HubSpot and Monday.com, including deal values, close dates, and installation dates
- Managing lost opportunities and making sure sold jobs are correctly logged and ready for installation scheduling
- Maintaining accurate address and contact details in Monday.com
- Making sure every lead is correctly sourced and tracked in HubSpot
- Distributing current leads from Facebook and our Info inbox to the right consultant, fast
- Supporting our Sales and Marketing Managers by keeping consultant workflows and lead volumes up to date
- Being a friendly first point of contact — responding to Facebook comments and messages
- Monitoring and actioning enquiries through our Info inboxGetting hands-on with broader marketing projects as opportunities arise — a great way to build your marketing experience

Who You Are

- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating several things at once
- A robust written communicator with a creative eye
- Confident with digital tools such as social platforms, design software, and email or CRM systems
- Keen to develop your skills in a renewable energy business
- Professional in your conduct, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to manage your own schedule and adapt to shifting priorities
- Willing to contribute ideas for improving processes and campaigns
- A team player with a can-do attitude and positive energy
