About the Role

FurnX is looking for a Stock & Logistics Coordinator to join the Ordering Department based in Brendale.

The role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock movements between warehouses and maintaining accurate records to support day-to-day operations. You will also assist with freight and container coordination, reporting and general administration to help ensure stock is available where it is needed and customer orders are delivered on time.

This position works closely with Customer Service, Warehouse teams, suppliers and management across our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth locations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels and availability across all warehouse locations.





Run and review inventory and stock movement reports.

Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses.

Track freight and container movements and update relevant teams.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies where required.

Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.

Support inventory accuracy through reporting and reconciliation.

Maintain organised records and follow up outstanding tasks.

Assist with identifying opportunities to improve stock management and administrative processes.

Skills & Experience

Experience in inventory control, logistics, administration or a similar coordination role.

Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.

Ability to analyse information and investigate discrepancies.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.

Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is desirable.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work.

Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

A positive and professional approach to work.
