The Peppercorn Food Company is a well-established fresh meat manufacturer, and we're looking for reliable Process Workers to join our production team making quality sausages and burgers.

This is a hands‑on role in a quick‑paced, hygiene‑focused environment. Food Production experience will be an advantage however a great attitude and willingness to learn goes a long way and we will provide full on‑the‑job. What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to food safety.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and assisting with sausage and burger production lines
- Mixing, filling, forming, weighing and packing product to specification
- Following food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times




- Keeping work areas clean and adhering to sanitation procedures
- General duties across the production floor as required

What we're looking for

- A positive, team‑focused attitude and good reliability
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment (around [temperature])
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage but not essential

Requirements:

- Must have unlimited work rights in Australia.
