We're looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong coordination skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands while working under pressure.

About the Role

As our Export Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating stock movements for both internal and external customers, with a strong focus on international export operations. You'll work closely with stakeholders across different countries and time zones to ensure shipments and documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating complex logistics activities, and keeping export operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Liaise with internal teams, freight providers, suppliers, and international & domestics branches across multiple time zones.

Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements.

Assist with duty drawback administration and other export-related processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements

Deliver outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.

About You

Experience in using ERP/warehouse management software.

Are confident liaising with stakeholders across different countries and time zones.

Are proactive, adaptable, and enjoy continuous improvement.

Have minimum 2 year experience in export logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations (preferred).

Dangerous Goods Certification

Dangerous Goods Certification (including UN3480 and UN3481 lithium battery shipments) will be highly regarded.
