The City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for Leisure & Aquatic Operations to provide on-site leadership at Roselands Leisure and Aquatic Centre. You will guide and support staff, coordinate daily centre operations and ensure secure, welcoming experiences for our community.
In this role you will rotate two Duty Manager shifts weekly and handle supervisory, administrative and operational tasks, with a focus on compliance, safety and high-quality service.
