Nowra 4WD & Outdoor Products is a locally owned and operated business with a strong reputation for supplying and fitting Australia's leading 4WD accessories. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter to join our busy workshop team.

About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in our Nowra workshop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing bull bars, side steps, suspension systems, roof racks, canopies and tow bars.
- Fitting driving lights, winches, dual battery systems, UHF radios and other 12V accessories.
- Carrying out quality installations on a variety of 4WDs and passenger vehicles.
- Diagnosing and resolving installation issues where required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop.
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
About You
- Experience fitting 4WD accessories or a strong mechanical background.
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Auto electrical experience or knowledge (highly regarded but not essential).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Trade qualifications as a Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician or similar are highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
