We require candidates with a proven record in leadership and inspiring retail teams. You must have a passion for delivering an elevated client experience within a high-paced working environment.
Your role will include the day to day running of the boutique, as well as providing ongoing training and mentorship to your team. Must have a valuable eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising & boutique standards. Ability to work with our marketing department with promotions, events and photoshoots.
Management experience of between 3 and 5 years is required for this position. Rotating roster which includes late night Thursday’s and weekends.
