Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio with confidence and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
- Work closely with the dedicated support teams to ensure seamless portfolio management
- Ensure compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation and industry best practice
