THE POSITION
- Plan, supervise, and monitor functions and events
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Mentor and support your team, and provide training for current staff as required
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, as required by event schedules
- Hands on position with a focus on function coordination
THE PERSON
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in function coordination or a similar role
- Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
- Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills & proficient computer and administrative skills
- Must have RSA, RMLV is an advantage
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
