We're searching for an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at our Burleigh Heads office!

A fantastic opportunity exists for you to get your start in performance marketing, working directly alongside our leadership and campaign teams on real campaigns with real budgets and learning the craft from the people actually doing it.

Role Responsibilities

- Upload and build campaigns in Meta and Google Ads including loading creative, copy and tracking, and getting the details right every time
- Campaign research to support new insights & builds across audiences, offers, angles and landing pages
- Run an always-on approach to competitive research across our target industries, reporting back on what competitors are running and what's working
- Pull together campaign reporting documents and dashboards for our internal team and clients
- General campaign support tasks such as editing ads, updating landing pages and tracking creative assetsCollaborate with our campaign, creative and account management team members to help drive client results (lead volume and lead quality)

Role Requirements

- A genuine interest in digital marketing and a keen willingness to learn and grow within the team. Previous study,



internship or a role in marketing is a bonus, but attitude and work ethic matter more than years of experience
- Be efficient, organised, task-oriented and solid on attention to detail as much of this role is making sure the small things are right, every time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
- Confidence with everyday digital tools such as Slack, Asana, Google Docs and spreadsheets. Any experience inside Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads will be highly regarded but not necessary
- A performance-driven mindset where you are curious about what the numbers are saying and motivated by seeing results improve
