Financial Accountant | Fixed Term Contract to October 2027

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Accountant, you will take ownership of financial reporting across a portfolio of entities while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety, combining financial reporting, compliance and process improvement within a supportive and experienced team.

Key responsibilities

- Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
- Revenue reporting and month-end reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations and audit support
- Preparation of tax workpapers
- BAS, Payroll Tax and FBT compliance
- Bank reconciliations
- Supervision of an offshore Accountant
- Supporting broader finance activities and process improvements

About You





You are an experienced Financial Accountant who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and working as part of a collaborative team.

You will bring:

- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) with experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Strong month-end reporting and reconciliation skills
- Experience with ERP systems, with Dynamics NAV or Business Central highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive mindset and continuous improvement focus
