Beards Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated business based in Mackay, and we're looking for a motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced tradesmen while gaining hands‑on experience across a wide variety of residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Install air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Service and maintain residential and commercial equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults
- Use industry tools and equipment safely
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop practical skills both on-site and through TAFE

Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to build valuable skills and experience across a range of projects.
