About the Role

As a Casual Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:

- Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.

- Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional care and education.

- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework,



National Regulations and service policies.

- Promote children's safety, wellbeing and development through active supervision and responsive interactions.

Availability

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

- Be available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

- Be willing to work a minimum guaranteed shift of one day per week, with flexibility to accept additional shifts as they become available.

About You

You'll bring:

- A genuine passion for early childhood education.

- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and current legislation.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A collaborative, positive and proactive approach.

- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
