About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter Trainee, you'll learn every aspect of the Parts Department while supporting our customers, workshop technicians and wider dealership team.

With full training provided, you'll develop the knowledge and confidence to identify, source and supply parts while delivering exceptional customer service.

No two days are the same, making this an exciting and varied role.

What You'll Learn

- Identify and interpret agricultural, truck and machinery parts.
- Assist customers both in person and over the phone.
- Supply parts to our workshop technicians.
- Process customer orders and supplier purchases.




- Receive and unpack stock deliveries.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktakes.
- Merchandise showroom displays.
- Operate dealership computer systems and parts catalogues.
- Work safely within a busy warehouse and retail environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

About You

We're looking for someone with the right attitude—not necessarily the right experience.

You’ll be someone who:

- Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
- Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has good computer skills and is willing to learn new systems.
- Has an interest in vehicles, machinery, farming or mechanical equipment (advantageous but not essential).
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence (or is working towards obtaining one).
- A forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
