What You’ll Be Doing:

- Hunting down top talent
- Interviewing candidates and matching them with the perfect job
- Owning the full recruitment process – from job ads to job offers
- Building solid relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Smashing personal and team goals
- Staying ahead of hiring trends and industry insights
- Constantly helping us get better at what we do
- Working on scheduling platforms and building rosters

What We’re Looking For:

- A natural multitasker who can stay cool under pressure
- Target-driven and results-focused – you love a challenge
- Computer savvy- you love systems and can interrogate them to your advantage
