C-Mac Solutions Pty Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, hands-on Leading Hand Electrician to lead crews across Queensland's rural, remote, agricultural, commercial, and government sectors.

The Role

This isn't a desk job.

You'll be on the tools, leading crews, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions and the support of an experienced management team behind you.

Projects include:

- Rural electrical installations and maintenance.




- Agricultural power and pump systems.
- Commercial fit-outs and upgrades.
- Air conditioning and refrigeration projects.
- Government infrastructure works.
- Remote area electrical services.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Takes pride in their work.
- Leads from the front.
- Can motivate and manage a team.
- Thrives in rural and remote environments.
- Has strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Wants to build a long-term career—not just collect a pay cheque.

Minimum Requirements

- Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- White Card.
- Current LVR/CPR.
- Experience supervising teams or acting as a Leading Hand.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Highly Regarded

- Working at Heights.
- EWP, Forklift, and Confined Space tickets.
- Experience in rural, agricultural, and government projects.
- Refrigeration Licence (advantageous).
