We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator and work along side our current administration staff.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all communication channels with clients from the initial inquiry to the completion of projects. This includes handling emails and phone calls, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Additionally, you will be required to learn about the vinyl wrap industry, including materials, timeframes, and industry standards, in order to effectively address client inquiries and concerns. Industry knowledge is preferred but not crucial.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone calls, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- 2. Guide clients through the process from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- 3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the vinyl wrap industry,



including materials, installation processes, and industry trends.
- 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- 5. Address client concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client.
- 6. Keep detailed records of client interactions and job data using our management program
- 7. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company in a positive and skilled manner at all times.

Qualifications

- -Experience with CRM programs such as Trello and Hubspot is preferred.
- - Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
- - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - English.
- - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- - Confidence, outgoing personality, and approachable demeanor.
- - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes.
- - High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
