Samaras Lawyers is seeking a Senior Lawyer with at least six years’ post-admission experience to join our established Hurstville practice.
This is a broad and varied role involving matters across civil and commercial litigation, wills and estates, commercial transactions, and property. We are looking for someone with strong experience in at least two relevant practice areas who is comfortable managing a diverse caseload.
The role would suit a practical and capable lawyer who takes pride in their work, values quality client service and is looking for a stable position within a genuinely supportive team.

About the Role
You will manage your own files while working closely with the firm’s Director, senior lawyers and support team.
Depending on your experience, your work may include:
- Civil and commercial disputes,
including court and mediation work
- Commercial agreements, leasing and conveyancing
- Supervising junior lawyers/paralegals where appropriate

About You
You will have:
- At least six years’ post-admission experience
- Strong practical experience in at least two relevant practice areas
- The ability to manage files confidently from commencement to completion
- Sound legal judgment and strong drafting skills
- The ability to provide clear, practical and commercially sensible advice
- Strong client-management and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- The confidence to work autonomously while remaining part of a collaborative team
- A professional, dependable and solutions-focused approach
You will be comfortable working independently but equally willing to assist colleagues and contribute to the wider team.
