What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Prepare detailed inspection reports
- Assist with leasing inspections and open homes
- Support the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks
- Spend plenty of time out of the office visiting properties
- Learn all aspects of property management from experienced mentors
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 months’ experience in property management, leasing, or a similar real estate role
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Eager to learn and build a long-term career in property management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
