Benchmark Resourcing is partnering with a well established wholesale meat business in South East Queensland to recruit a Pick Pack Team Leader for the afternoon shift in Morningside. You will lead a small team of three, mentor staff, and manage picking, packing and stock control from 3pm to 11pm.
The role requires prior pick packing experience in a warehouse, food manufacturing or cold storage workplace, and proven leadership.
