Brightwater is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to support quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our Disability Services programs.
The Quality Coordinator reports to the Strategy and Client Services Manager and plays an integral role in ensuring Brightwater remains audit-ready, compliant and responsive to sector changes. In this rewarding role, you will coordinate audit requirements, implement compliance actions and work closely with operational teams to embed improvements across Disability Services.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday during normal business hours. The successful candidate will be based at our Inglewood head office, with travel across our disability sites as required to support operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Support audits against the NDIS Practice Standards and other relevant regulatory frameworks
- Maintain audit-ready registers and compliance tracking tools
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure Disability Services remains compliant
- Implement actions arising from audits, collaborating with internal stakeholders and operational teams
- Align policies, procedures, and service agreement documentation in line with regulatory changes
- Coordinate and prepare accurate compliance and administrative reports for submission to funding bodies, in collaboration with operational teams
- Track deadlines, identify risks, and support timely submissions
- Implement,
measure and report on continuous improvement initiatives
To be suitable for this role, you must possess:
- Sound working knowledge of the NDIS, relevant compliance and quality frameworks, and applicable regulations
- Demonstrated experience in a quality, compliance, or coordination role
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records, compliance registers and operational documentation
- Experience preparing reports for external stakeholders and funding bodies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- High-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A qualification in business administration, health or community services is desirable
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Current National Police Clearance
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
