Now owned by Kallibr, we're growing our team and looking for an experienced Trainer & Assessor who shares our passion for quality, safety, and getting people job-ready.

Based at our Carrara facility, this is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit team with a genuine community reputation, and the backing of one of Australia's leading training groups behind you. You'll also have the opportunity to upskill and cross-train at Kallibr's Salisbury facility and other locations nationally, opening doors for career growth across the wider group.

About the Role

This full-time role suits a hands-on trainer who thrives in a practical environment and takes real pride in helping learners walk away confident and competent.

G+L delivers a broad range of nationally recognised training, so there's plenty of variety in your day.

You will deliver training and assessment across some or all of:

- High Risk Work Licences (LF, WP, DG, CV)
- Civil Construction Plant (Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Front End Loader)
- Safety and Compliance (Heights, Confined Space & Gas Test,



White Card)
- Agriculture (Chainsaw, Fell Trees, Chipper/ mulcher)
- Traffic Management
- Verification of Competency (VOC)

The scope of your delivery will align with your current licences, tickets, and experience — we'll work with what you bring to the table.

About You

You must have:

- Current HRWL licences and/or statements of attainment relevant to the courses you'll deliver
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- A genuine, learner-centred approach — patience, encouragement, and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
- Strong communication skills and a professional, safety-focused attitude
- Good organisational skills to manage training sessions and documentation effectively
- A Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in an RTO setting is highly regarded. Candidates with civil construction plant tickets or traffic management qualifications are especially welcome.
