As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Trades Assistant to join our South Windsor manufacturing team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on manufacturing and production support role assisting with the assembly and preparation of high-security products including:

Working within our production team, you'll assist across a variety of manufacturing and warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the assembly and preparation of steel components and security products
- Support tradespeople and production staff with day-to-day manufacturing tasks
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with machine operation and material handling
- Load, unload, move, and prepare materials for productionMaintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace
- Assist with general factory and warehouse duties as required




- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, factory, or trades assistant role preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team workplace
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Forklift Licence
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience in steel, manufacturing, or construction environments

Remuneration
