- $31+ per hour with additional casual loading, onsite allowances and weekend penalties paid on top of your base rate

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a computerised weighbridge with cashless payment processing
- Process sales through the buy-back centre
- Inspect, identify and manage incoming waste streams
- Recover recyclable materials from mixed waste
- Direct and manage onsite traffic safely
- Provide operational support within the transfer station
- Safely operate machinery including forklift and water truck (where licensed)
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to all site users

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Be physically capable of manual handling duties
- Have basic computer skills and experience using POS systems
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and customer service

Desirable (but not essential):

- Traffic Control accreditation
- HR Truck Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Previous waste management or resource recovery experience
