We are seeking an experienced Courtesy Bus Driver to become part of our team. The role requires a reliable, self-motivated person that maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach in everything they do.

The successful candidate will be courteous, helpful and friendly – putting the needs of our members and guests first.

What you'll do:

- Comply strictly with all applicable driving rules and regulations
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and assist them where reasonably possible




- Liaise with Reception to confirm the correct transport details of all passengers and then determine the travel route to be taken in accordance with guidelines
- Maintain the courtesy buses in a clean and tidy manner
- Provide courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient service
- Ensure knowledge of Maroochy RSL services, functions and events and answer any enquiries from patrons
- Provide support to the meet and greet team ensuring compliance with Maroochy RSL entry and dress regulations
- Assist with any other reasonable duties with the club as directed

What we're looking for:

- A current Driver Authorisation Licence
- Valid driving licence
- Current RSA certification
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends and nights
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Previous experience in similar role (highly desirable)
- Award winning venue with a strong community focus
- Stunning Sunshine Coast location - work minutes from the beach
