Endeavour Foundation in Caloundra is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Recycling & Waste facility. You will be the 2IC on shift, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance while guiding a diverse team, including employees with disability.
You will coordinate staff, respond to challenges, conduct site inspections, manage incidents and reporting, and coach your team to achieve operational and safety outcomes.
