TO604 Road Maintenance Team Leader - Orange

Cabonne Council is seeking a motivated and hands-on RMO Team Leader to lead and support a small road maintenance crew delivering essential transport infrastructure services across the Cabonne Shire. Reporting to the Transport Area Supervisor, this role is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, supervising field staff, ensuring works are completed safely and to required standards, and contributing to the efficient delivery of Council's road maintenance programs.

Remuneration

The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2026 and Cabonne Council’s policies and conditions of employment.

This position is graded 5 in Council's salary system. The gross weekly wage range is $1237.60 - $1332.80dependant on skills and experience.
