Dixon Homes has been building Homes since 1959 and are a debt free ASX listed company. You'll be working with a supportive construction team.

Qualifications

- Would suite someone with extensive trade background or ex-builder looking for next challenge

- OH&S; Construction Induction Card

- Current Driver's License

- Studies towards Building related degree or TAFE diploma

Your duties will include

- Regular onsite Quality Inspections & Coordination

- Maintaining a high level of Customer service and communication

- Continuously ensure that standards aremet & company policies are enforced

- Ensure your tasks are met whilst meeting WH&S;

- Manage the rectification of defects

- Other Duties as required

Your skills should include

- Ability to read and interpret plans

- Solid time & self management skills

- Ability to read & interpret relevant Standards & Codes
