About the Role

As a Leading Hand, you will:

- Lead and work alongside a small team of painters
- Deliver high-quality painting projects across commercial, residential, and new home construction
- Maintain excellent workmanship and attention to detail




- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified or highly experienced painter
- Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Current manual driver’s licence (essential)
- White Card (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
