About the Role
The Horse is looking for an outstanding Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the performance, optimisation and day-to-day management of the brand's global websites.
Responsible for the AU, US and UK websites, this role will focus on improving customer experience, conversion performance and commercial outcomes across all digital storefronts. Working closely with the Founder and wider marketing team, the Ecommerce Manager will identify opportunities for growth, implement website improvements and ensure the websites are operating at the highest possible standard.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the detail, understands what drives online sales, and is constantly looking for incremental improvements that create meaningful commercial impact.
This is an on-site role based in Kirrawee.
About You
3–5 years' experience in ecommerce, digital trading or website management
Strong understanding of ecommerce performance drivers, including conversion optimisation, customer journey, merchandising and average order value.
Obsessed with identifying incremental improvements that enhance customer experience,
website performance and commercial outcomes.
Strong Shopify experience and understanding of ecommerce best practice
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of conversion optimisation
Experience managing website merchandising and customer journeys
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with website performance data
Naturally proactive and solutions focused
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Motivated by growth, learning and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Own the performance and optimisation of the AU, US and UK websites
Manage website merchandising, collections, navigation and product presentation
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion
Coordinate website launches, updates and new feature implementation
Analyse customer behaviour and user journey data
Develop and implement conversion rate optimisation initiatives
Work closely with the Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to maximise traffic conversion and campaign effectiveness
Monitor website health and user experience across all markets
Manage third-party ecommerce platforms, applications and integrations
Coordinate testing and optimisation initiatives across the websites
Report on website performance, conversion metrics and revenue outcomes
Own website conversion, customer journey and online merchandising strategy
Identify and implement incremental improvements that drive revenue, conversion and customer experience outcomes
