TOPGUARD Security Services is seeking professional, well-presented and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team across a portfolio of premium residential, hospitality, marina and commercial properties throughout the Gold Coast.

About the Role

As a TOPGUARD Security Officer, you will work closely with high-profile clients, residents, guests, customers, and stakeholders across a range of luxury residential, hospitality, marina, and mixed-use environments.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing a professional security and concierge presence
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and clients
- Managing access control and visitor management processes
- Conducting patrols and security inspections
- Monitoring safety and security systems
- Responding to incidents and emergencies
- Preparing accurate reports and maintaining site records
- Supporting day-to-day site operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

What We're Looking For

Successful applicants will possess:

- Current QLD Security Officer Licence
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills




- Professional presentation and grooming standards
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability, integrity, and personal accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and overall health to meet the demands of active patrol and concierge-based roles
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts

Highly Regarded Experience

Experience in any of the following environments will be highly regarded:

- Residential security and building operations
- Hotels and hospitality
- Luxury residential or mixed-use developments
- Marina operations
- Concierge or customer-facing roles
- Corporate or premium client environments

Marine industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
