Our client is a highly regarded supplier of premium architectural surfaces, partnering with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers on high-end residential and commercial projects. They are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support Executive & Sample Coordinator to become an integral part of their Brisbane showroom team.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines customer service, showroom coordination, project administration, and sales support. You will be the first point of contact for clients while ensuring the sales team has the resources and support required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Sales Support Executive & Sample Coordinator | Full-Time

The Role

As the hub of the showroom, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate product samples, assist with project administration, and provide ongoing support to both clients and the sales team. Your ability to stay organised, juggle competing priorities, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients to the showroom and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
- Manage showroom enquiries, appointments, and incoming phone and email communications.
- Coordinate and maintain the showroom sample library, including ordering, organising, labelling, and distributing samples.
- Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Prepare customer invoices and process orders through to dispatch.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics between warehouses, suppliers,



and project sites.
- Manage special-order products, monitor delivery timeframes, and keep clients updated on order progress.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support the smooth delivery of projects.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, product information, supplier coordination, and project administration.
- Provide customer support when sales consultants are attending client meetings or working offsite.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient day-to-day running of the showroom.

About You

- Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, showroom coordination, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Professional communication skills with a genuine customer-first approach.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (experience with ERP or CRM software is advantageous).
- Positive, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Passionate about providing exceptional service in a design-focused setting.
