Reporting to the Operations Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening training quality, supporting trainer capability and ensuring training delivery remains compliant, consistent and aligned with industry best practice across a national network.

The Opportunity

This is a diverse role combining stakeholder engagement, quality assurance and operational excellence.

You will become the key point of contact across a national training network, partnering with trainers, operational leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure training remains contemporary, compliant and fit for purpose.

You will also play a key role in maintaining trainer capability, coordinating quality assurance activities and driving continuous improvement across a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Key Responsibilities





- Building trusted relationships with trainers and stakeholders across a national network.
- Coordinating industry consultation activities to ensure training remains current and aligned to industry needs.
- Supporting trainer on-boarding, credentialing and ongoing professional development.
- Managing trainer competency records and compliance requirements.
- Coordinating quality assurance activities, validation processes and internal audits.
- Monitoring training performance, learner feedback and quality metrics.
- Identifying opportunities to improve training programs, systems and processes.
- Partnering closely with internal compliance teams to ensure ongoing alignment with ASQA Standards and RTO requirements.

About You

Our client is looking for someone who combines strong stakeholder management skills with a genuine passion for quality learning and continuous improvement.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience working within the VET or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) sector.
- Strong knowledge of the ASQA Standards for RTOs and vocational education compliance.
- Experience supporting trainer capability, quality assurance or training governance.
- The ability to build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
- Excellent organisation, project coordination and communication skills.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with robust attention to detail.
