About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) provides clinical leadership and operational management across a range of specialist cardiology services, including Cardiac and Heart Function Rehabilitation, the Heart Function Service, Cardiology Outpatient Nursing, and the Arrhythmia Nurse Service. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the CNC plays a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care, supporting nursing staff, and providing expert assessment, education, and care coordination for patients with cardiovascular disease, heart failure, arrhythmias,



and cardiothoracic conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings.
